Exchange
How and when can I exchange any product?
We provide exchange if you are not satisfied with Size, product
However, the product should-
- Have its original tag
- Have its original packaging
- Not be washed or worn.
- In case of size issue, you are required to notify us for the same within 2 working day upon receiving your order.
- All product that need to be exchanged, should be sent back to us.
- We do not provide reverse pick ups.
CANCELLATION
How do I cancel an order?
If the product is not shipped, then only the product can be cancelled.
